Shack Shine offers a professional holiday light installation service, and we need experienced installers to join our team from October through December. If you’re skilled in holiday light installation and ready to help spread the holiday cheer, this is the job for
you!
Position Details
- Position: Holiday Light Technician
- Schedule: Flexible shifts, Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Location: Mission, KS (Report) | Kansas City Metro Area (Service)
- Pay: $17-$20 an hour (based on experience), plus commission, plus bonuses

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Installer: 1-2 years of commercial-grade Christmas or holiday light installation (this experience is preferred)
- Comfort with Heights: Confident working on ladders and roofs (up to 40 feet)
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no major infractions)
- Customer-Focused: Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
- Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and available up to 6 days a week
- Self-Starter: Ability to work efficiently and independently
