Job Description:
The Online Learning unit is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and office tasks, including but not limited to:
• Document management and filing
• Preparing and generating reports
• Assisting with event planning, setup, and teardown
• Supporting various office functions as needed
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Coordinate logistics for events and meetings
• Provide general administrative support to the Online Learning unit
Other Duties:
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the unit's goals and objectives
