The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. They will engage with customers through various channels, including meetings, video calls, and telecalls, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The primary focus will be on cross-selling asset and liability products, as well as third-party investment offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Meeting, video calling, and telecalling customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-Selling: Promoting and selling asset, liability, and third-party investment products to existing customers.
  • Deepening Relationships: Strengthening relationships with existing customers by offering tailored solutions and additional services.
  • Lead Conversion: Working closely with VRM and CEC teams to convert leads into customers.
  • Collaboration: Working in tandem with LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset teams for timely business conversions.
  • Customer Stickiness: Ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service and product offerings.
  • Acquisition and X-Sell: Acquiring new customers and cross-selling products to existing ones.
  • Demonstration: Explaining and demonstrating the bank's facilities and services to customers, both online and offline.
  • Customer Service: Handling customer service requirements, such as account openings, product selling, and addressing queries.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of asset, liability, and investment products.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
