Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Meeting, video calling, and telecalling customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Selling: Promoting and selling asset, liability, and third-party investment products to existing customers.
- Deepening Relationships: Strengthening relationships with existing customers by offering tailored solutions and additional services.
- Lead Conversion: Working closely with VRM and CEC teams to convert leads into customers.
- Collaboration: Working in tandem with LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset teams for timely business conversions.
- Customer Stickiness: Ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service and product offerings.
- Acquisition and X-Sell: Acquiring new customers and cross-selling products to existing ones.
- Demonstration: Explaining and demonstrating the bank's facilities and services to customers, both online and offline.
- Customer Service: Handling customer service requirements, such as account openings, product selling, and addressing queries.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.
- Knowledge of asset, liability, and investment products.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
