Pella Corporation, one of the largest manufacturers of windows and doors in North America, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the PDSN Account Team for Summer 2026. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support showroom activations, warehouse operations, sales enablement, compliance initiatives, and integration efforts across the PDSN & Sales Subsidiary network. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to strategic planning, operational execution, and technology transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in special projects and presentations.
Contribute to compliance efforts by reviewing documentation and ensuring alignment with brand and legal standards.
Support sales team initiatives by preparing materials, tracking metrics, and participating in customer engagement activities.
Assist with showroom and warehouse coordination, including setup, inventory tracking, and activation support as needed.
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Accounting or Finance.
Specific projects:
- Improve onboarding materials for new users of the Contract Lifecycle Management system.
- Build a proactive communication process to alert sales subsidiaries when contracts are nearing expiration.
- Develop a repeatable, scalable template for new warehouse setups.
- Create and manage a centralized showroom event schedule.
- Define and document standards for showroom events to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
