Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for a wide range of projects impacting many critical aspects of the business. From scoping, requirements gathering, implementation, and leading change management, this position will contribute to the Firm’s growth and ensure its legacy for future generations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle of firm-priority projects following Project Management Methodology, including planning, requirements, design, and implementation.
- Improve service levels and business efficiency for our advisors and clients.
- Guide and influence change management through adopting new processes and tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize, measure impact, translate requirements, and ensure alignment with firm goals.
- Deliver on critical service needs, acting as a liaison to home-office and branch personnel for engagement needs or specific questions and priorities.
- Work with business partners to understand future roadmaps, influence strategic direction, oversee change management items, and track/manage open items.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated project leadership and project management experience with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsets.
- Ability to establish and grow relationships with Subject Matter Experts, as well as Business Owners, to define the problems and identify the best solutions.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with team members at all levels of the firm.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a dynamic and fluid environment.
Education and/or Work Experience:
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum Required: 3+ years of in project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
License/Registration:

Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to work in a stationary position for several hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Some filing is required. The work environment is an air-conditioned, smoke-free, office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
