ABOUT THE ROLE


  • Gather and analyze the existing logistics processes of the customer (requirement gathering and analysis of as-is)

  • Document the requirements and processes of the customer applicable to the project implementation (scope and solution definition, to-be)

  • Provide customer advice based on our solutions and define together the best suited set-up for maximum improvement (consultancy)

  • Measure key performance indicators regarding project delivery, including customer satisfaction/standing with the customer, number of consulting days sold vs delivered, proportion of standard features/prevention of individual customer solutions

  • Provide workload estimations for implementation efforts and support our (pre)sales teams with specialist input

  • Present and demo TMS products and innovations

  • Lead workshops related to the implementation (requirements, progress, testing)

  • Train our clients on the use of our applications (on-site or remote)

  • Provide input to the Product Owners regarding standard solutions and possible improvements/customizations

  • Support the testing and UAT

  • Facilitate and accompany go-live, followed up by hyper care

  • Hand over to customer support at project closure


WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU


  • Understanding of or affinity with IT and software solutions, even better if also with SaaS and B2B interfaces

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with agile mindset

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English, French and 1 or 2 other European languages

  • Strong people skills and the ability to engage and build trustful relationships with customers

  • Understanding of implementation projects/approach

  • Experience with logistics / supply chain processes/ transportation logistics (understanding of processes) is a strong plus

The minimum salary for this position is in accordance with the IT collective agreement. The actual salary will depend on the professional qualifications and experience
