Customer Service Representative na Elements Massage

Overview:

Elements Massage - Kildaire Farm Rd is located in Cary, NC. We provide a friendly, client focused environment where team members have opportunities to grow in their role and with the brand. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team whose mission is to foster a culture of wellness and improve the lives of our clients and team members. We will provide everything needed to support you as a team member as well as a professional atmosphere.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, check-in and out
• Sell memberships
• Answering phones and reminder calls to clients
• Studio upkeep like sweeping and mopping

Qualifications:

• Be reliable
• Comfortable selling a membership, this is a key component of the role
• Be able to perform manual labor like sweeping and mopping. 
• Be able to lift 25 pounds or less (stocking)
