As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Site Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Set schedule:  40-hour work week.
• Shift: Swing: 1700 to 0100: Friday to Tuesday.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You provide vital access control, while working the gatehouse using computer systems (Quick Pass) ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
• You will be involved in patrolling the property by car, Golf Cart, and by foot in a safe manner, and handle any weather conditions. 
• You respond to calls as needed.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You regularly inspect and maintain all security equipment and patrol vehicles to ensure they are operating correctly.
• You excel in reading and writing detailed reports.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations, providing assistance and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• You document and report any unusual activities or incidents to site management and the appropriate authorities and communicate with the Homeowners Association regarding emergencies or safety concerns.
• You keep accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information to ensure a clear record of events for security purposes.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.  

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a high-end, HOA setting.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a DL and clean driving record.
• You excel in using computers, laptops, and other electronic equipment.
• You have Strong work ethic!
• You have or can obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 10 days of an offer.
• You are able to patrol by car and your feet, despite the weather conditions throughout your shift.
• You must be over 21 years old.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
