POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Growth for BeneMoney leads and scales our revenue driving teams, including Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. Will create and execute growth strategies across the full customer life cycle while cultivating strong partnerships with our reseller network. This includes owning the go-to-market strategy across employer acquisition (B2B) and employee adoption (B2C). Will work collaboratively to grow BeneMoney's brand presence and reputation. As a member of the leadership team will define our growth roadmap, aligning cross-functional priorities and build scalable processes that accelerate BeneMoney's impact and reach.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's growth strategy alongside the leadership team and across employer partnerships and employee adoption.
- Define and manage growth KPIs (e.g. employer contracts signed, employee participation rates, LTV, churn, NPS).
- Partner with product team to align growth with market needs.
- Build and lead a small but scalable growth team (sales, marketing, customer success).
- Partner with Sunrise Banks teams to define and educate BeneMoney's brand positions and value to internal and external audiences.
- Build and scale a high performing, data driven team culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to any direct report(s) as applicable.
Marketing
- Own brand positioning, messaging and campaigns that drive employer and partner awareness.
- Lead the development and direction of positioning and messages that differentiate our products and services across distribution channels.
- Strategically manage the multi-media advertising and promotional programs (e.g. digital and traditional advertising, web content, blogs, CRM activities and sales collateral) that drive preference and demand for our brands and channels.
- Own demand generation, campaign performance and marketing strategy for our products and services across digital, content and events.
Employee Sales & Strategic Partnership
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for employer and partner acquisition, ensuring quota attainment and pipeline growth.
- Build repeatable sales processes, playbooks and forecasting systems.
- Building and deepen strategic partnerships with resellers, brokers and industry organizations.
- Develop and own the sales playbook/process for employer acquisition.
- Negotiate contracts and build long-term strategic relationships.
Employee Engagement
- Partner with employers to launch and promote the product to employees.
- Design co-branded campaigns (e.g. email, posters, webinar, intranet) to drive employee awareness.
- Track and optimize employee adoption funnel.
Customer Success
- Oversee customer onboarding, adoption and retention strategies.
- Optimize current customer processes to increase awareness and utilization of the BeneMoney program.
- Drive NPS, customer satisfaction and measurable outcomes for employer clients and their employees.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities to maximize lifetime value.
- Establish a strong feedback loop with employers and employees to guide product roadmap.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supervises the BeneMoney Client Relationship Coordinator and is responsible for hiring, performance management and development.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years' experience in growth leadership roles spanning marketing, sales or customer success - ideally in B2B Saas, fintech or HR technology.
- Demonstrated success in management and scaling multi-functional teams.
- Strong track record of building reseller/partnership channels.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
- Data driven operator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for financial wellness, benefits or employee experience a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
For this position, the expected starting annualized salary range is between $126,819 - $181,170 - $235,521 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for a Discretionary Bonus.
