To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Austin, TX*, reporting to our Director, Outbound Supply Chain. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations of our B2B and Wholesale fulfillment network. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across these channels – ensuring SLA compliance, managing inventory, and optimizing total fulfillment costs. This is a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate closely with teams across B2B, Wholesale, Finance, and Planning to enable efficient B2B and Wholesale growth.

What You’ll Do:
Fulfillment Operations
- Own fulfillment operations for the B2B and Wholesale channels, ensuring service-level agreement (SLA) adherence for all B2B and Wholesale order types (hospitality, national stores, independents, dropship).
- Manage and hire off-shore contractors (fulfillment coordinators) to execute order management and maintain SLA.
- Maintain fulfillment data accuracy across all systems (WMS, OMS, Shopify, ERP).
- Lead fulfillment onboarding of new customers, including requirements gathering, training warehouse staff on routing requirements, and executing end-to-end shipment processing.
- Develop and maintain Routing Guides to meet customer requirements and streamline fulfillment operations.
- Resolve operational issues and partner with Made In Warehouse and 3PLs to drive continuous improvement across channels.
Reporting and Systems
- Track open orders and SLA performance; communicate status and potential risks to sales reps and channel leaders.
- Track available inventory by channel and partner with Planning and sales channel leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
- Track and report on total fulfillment costs, including outbound freight and fulfillment.
- Partner with Technology team to onboard new retailers, streamline EDI order management, and improve fulfillment flow.
- Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and reports to track performance and enable business decisions around inventory, fulfillment, and cost management.
- Identify operational trends and provide insights to inform strategy and changes to processes.

You take ownership of your work, have a strong eye for accuracy, and are always looking for ways to improve and scale operations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel / SQL; comfortable working with and reconciling large data sets
- Experience working with ERPs (NetSuite preferred) and EDI systems to manage orders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating to internal management and external partners
- Excellent project and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver on deadlines
- Experience in ecommerce operations and / or fulfillment
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:
- You know your way around a kitchen, and enjoy the cooking / food scene!
- Familiarity with order and fulfillment management tools (Shopify, NetSuite, WMS, OMS)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker)
- Background / academic experience with statistics, operations research or other math-intensive field
