We are seeking a marketing professional to join our Farm Credit family! This position collaborates with the Marketing Department and supports locations within Coastal Plain region and FRS team to ensure the tools and skills to effectively market Association products and services and reach business plan goals and objectives are available and implemented. Travel within the service territory will be required due to the importance of building relationships in the communities and to obtain an understanding of the markets served. Some nights and weekends are also required to work events and conferences. 
 

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies and campaigns—including communication materials, advertisements, and collateral—to support sales efforts across assigned locations and teams. Align initiatives with ACA marketing plans and budgets to promote products and services to current and prospective customers.

Team & Event Support
Partner with Regional Lending Managers and individual lenders to create and execute location-specific marketing plans. Provide hands-on support for local events, conferences, and public relations activities to strengthen community engagement and business development.

Market Research & Performance Monitoring
Conduct market research to inform business planning and identify growth opportunities. Monitor the effectiveness of location-level marketing programs and provide insights to optimize outreach and drive quality new business.

Special Projects & Department Initiatives
Lead and contribute to assigned marketing projects that align with departmental goals. Support cross-functional initiatives, promotions, workshops, and programs across the Association as directed by the Director of Marketing or management.

Requirements:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5 or more years related work experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions which serve the best interest of the borrower and the Association
  • Ability to travel via auto to carry out essential responsibilities of the job.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member under supervisor’s direction
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Contributes to building and maintaining a positive team atmosphere
  • Focus on problem solving skills with solutions-driven results
