We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager for our class A up-and-coming Apartments to take charge of day-to-day operations at our apartment community. If you’re skilled in plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and love creating great curb appeal, this is your opportunity to shine!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the maintenance team to deliver top-notch service
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and structural issues
• Keep interiors fresh with drywall repair and painting work
• Maintain beautiful, welcoming exteriors and common areas
• Coordinate with vendors and manage maintenance schedules
• Ensure quick, quality responses to resident service requests
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
