Project Management Support Intern (Supply Chain) - GRANOLLERS

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Project Management Support Intern, you will support the successful delivery of supply chain projects by assisting with planning, tracking, and reporting activities, while collaborating across departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Your main focus will include:
- Support the Project Management team in day-to-day activities and transversal tasks across multiple projects and product launches.
- Assist in the planning, tracking, and follow-up of simple projects under the guidance of senior Project Managers.
- Prepare, update, and analyze reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
- Contribute to organizational and administrative tasks that ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to gather information and align on project deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose solutions.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to take initiative, stay organized, and solve problems with creativity. As a Project Management Support Intern, you collaborate proactively, communicate clearly, stay adaptable, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
Other than that, you:
- Are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Possess strong organizational and time-management skills
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a plus)
- Demonstrate a strong command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Can handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Have a problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
