
Marketing Business Partner – Industrial & Commercial na Yü Group

Location: Remote based, with occasional travel to head office (Leicester/Nottingham) and industry events
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
What We Need From Yü
- Translate complex energy propositions (flex, baskets, bespoke solutions) into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Create high-quality sales and marketing materials – brochures, case studies, presentations, and thought-leadership content.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and team to produce compelling tender submissions and proposal documents.
- Ensure tenders are visually professional, customer-focused, and aligned with Yü’s value proposition to maximise win rates.
- Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns for the I&C sector in collaboration with the central marketing team.
- Build awareness of Yü’s I&C proposition across digital, PR, and industry channels.
- Spot opportunities for PR and thought-leadership to position Yü as a credible I&C energy partner.
- Research and recommend relevant industry conferences, networking events, and speaking opportunities.
- Develop event materials and support the Sales Director in maximising visibility and lead generation at key events.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and team to ensure they have the right tools, messaging, and content to engage large customers and TPIs.
- Gather and share competitor and market insight to shape propositions and refine messaging.
- Act as the key link between the I&C business and the central marketing function.
- Track campaign performance and report outcomes to the Sales Director.
About Yü
- 2–3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role (energy/utilities/complex services sector an advantage).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to produce compelling content for senior, technical, and commercial audiences.
- Proven experience developing marketing collateral, supporting tenders/bids, and running campaigns.
- Confident working alongside senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to events and head office when required.
