Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and select top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to align recruitment processes, educate on best practices, and ensure consistent, effective hiring decisions. Operating in a high-growth environment, the Talent Acquisition Specialist develops strategic sourcing plans and adapts quickly to evolving talent needs. They are responsible for maintaining accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data, upholding EEOC compliance, and protecting confidential candidate information. A strong focus on candidate experience and process optimization is essential to success in this role.

Job Goals:

  • Successfully manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and selection of high-quality candidates that align with team and organizational needs.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers by providing guidance on interviewing techniques, market insights, and candidate evaluation strategies to improve hiring outcomes and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), uphold EEOC compliance standards, and protect confidential candidate information throughout the recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending top candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, partnerships, and proactive outreach to strengthen the company’s talent brand.
  • Educate and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, promoting alignment, consistency, and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that support rapid growth and evolving talent needs.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience by managing communications, interview logistics, and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring adherence to EEOC guidelines and safeguarding confidential candidate information.
  • Post and update job openings across various platforms including internal sites, job boards, colleges, and community networks.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events such as career fairs and campus visits, sharing job information and conducting on-site interviews.
  • Collaborate regularly with hiring managers and team members to promote efficient and transparent hiring processes.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external candidate inquiries and requests.
  • Flexibility to perform work responsibilities outside of standard business hours as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the talent acquisition function.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive networking and outreach strategies.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience maintaining accurate and compliant candidate records.
  • Knowledge of EEOC guidelines and best practices for protecting confidential candidate and employee information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence hiring managers.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth or fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with attention to detail and a focus on candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in using job boards and other sourcing tools to attract talent.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support recruitment activities and deadlines.
