Capital Vacations is expanding in Sedona, Arizona � and we�re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Coordinators, with a fast-track opportunity to become a Licensed Timeshare Sales Representative within 90 days.

What You'll Do (Before Licensing)
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you�ll:

Welcome and register guests attending our resort presentations
-
Provide directions and guide guests through the welcome areas

Coordinate check-ins and presentation flow with Sales Managers

Ask lifestyle and travel preference questions to assist in tailoring the guest experience (no sales discussions)

Deliver marketing materials

Ensure a smooth handoff to licensed Sales Representatives
You will not conduct property tours, quote pricing, or present benefits of ownership until you are licensed, in compliance with Arizona law.
Career Path
Phase 1: Guest Experience Coordinator / Tour Guide (First 90 Days)
Gain industry knowledge, and connect with guests, while you prep for your Arizona Real Estate License.
Phase 2: Licensed Timeshare Sales Representative
Once licensed, you�ll transition into a full sales role � presenting ownership options, handling pricing, and closing deals with top-tier commission and growth potential.
