Job Description: We are looking for a team player to coordinate and assist with the onboarding of new drivers and to complete or coordinate administrative work that coincides with our new hire process for drivers and for drivers on an ongoing basis for safety and compliance adherence. You will assist in creating a team atmosphere where members feel valued and create a positive working relationship with both drivers and multiple functional office teams.
Essential Functions/Specific Responsibilities:
· Build strong relationships with new and existing drivers and teams through integrity and accountability
· Coordinator and schedule great driver experiences.
· Complete I9s, scan documents to DQ files, complete employment verifications and remedial training for new drivers.
· Complete compliance checks and driver qualifications reviews.
· Work with the Safety and the Compliance departments to meet service expectations and standards.
· Effectively work in PTI systems.
· Be decisive and provide solutions to driver needs and issues.
· Successfully track driver training in the LMS and analyze reports for completion.
· Assigning additional training through the LMS system as directed by the Safety Managers.
· Assist with yard training for new drivers.
· Assist with orientation onboarding and appropriate hand offs.
· Assist with hours of service compliance and adherence.
· Assist with any other safety, compliance or other items as deemed necessary by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:
· Active CDL Class A license
· Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1 years of transportation experience preferred
· 1-2 years computer/administrative working experience preferred
