What You Can Expect

Responsible for downstream marketing for the Global Hip Portfolio. Manages product and customer service initiatives with minimal supervision, contributing to both tactical execution and strategic input. Leverages product and market knowledge to drive operational excellence and enhance customer experience.

How You'll Create Impact

  • General Product Management Duties/Responsibilities
    • Manages assigned product lines or segments independently.
    • Analyzes performance data and identifies improvement opportunities.
    • Resolves complex customer issues in partnership with cross-functional teams.
    • Provides insights into product planning and portfolio decisions.
    • Leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance product performance.
    • Supports mentoring of junior team members.
  • Downstream Marketing Duties/Responsibilities
    • Leads preparation of sales tools, training, and launch materials.
    • Drives execution of product launches and campaigns.
    • Tracks and reports on marketing effectiveness.
    • Partners with sales to identify promotional opportunities.
    • Manages product communications and updates to the field.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Preferred: 
    • Marketing experience with orthopedic medical device product lines 

Travel Expectations

Up to 35%

Expected Compensation Range

$70,000 - $90,000 USD Annual
