About the Role
As Program Data and Billing Analyst, you will be the backbone of our data and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations on the technical side of the program. This position plays a critical role in managing data integrity, billing accuracy, and backend system performance. You will work closely with providers, billing teams, and our webhost to keep the system functioning flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data uploads, billing workflows, and compliance reporting across multiple systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and provider data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with web hosting partners to troubleshoot backend system issues and optimize performance
- Generate, analyze, and present program performance reports to leadership
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy using intermediate-level Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation as needed
- Travel occasionally to support provider or program operations
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in billing, finance, or data management strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and confident presentation abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to resolve data discrepancies and maintain regulatory compliance
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
