You will join our regional Office in Secaucus, New Jersey being part of the Distribution Center (Warehouse). Please only apply if you have warehouse experience, this is not a marketing E-commerce position this is logistics and warehouse.
The E-Commerce & Reverse Logistics Supervisor at Ferragamo plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the full lifecycle of product movement—from order fulfillment to returns. This position oversees the daily execution of e-commerce logistics, including inventory accuracy, order picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support online sales initiatives. The role will also manage reverse logistics processes for e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels, ensuring efficient handling of returned merchandise through inspection and re-stocking. This supervisor will ensure that both outbound and inbound logistics align with Ferragamo’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and luxury service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Supervise e-commerce warehouse staff and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee return processing from e-commerce, retail stores, and wholesale partners.
- Ensure timely inspection of returned items.
- Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to resolve return-related issues.
- Monitor KPIs related to return rates and processing times
- Supervise reverse logistics staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of returned inventory and generate performance reports.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a omni channel warehouse, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of return processes and inventory/quality control.
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical requirements:
- This position involves constant moving, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, sitting; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing step stools.
- May involve lifting of least 50 lbs
- Regular and reliable attendance, normally on a 5-day-a-week, full-time schedule (40 hours)

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
