S3 Arabia is a wholly owned subsidiary of System Studies and Simulation, Inc. (S3), an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified Woman Owned Business. S3 Arabia needs an experienced aviation tech supply / production control technician who is able to perform the following duties:
Supports US military aviation training operations based in Saudi Arabia. The tech supply / production control technician generates work orders, compiles aircraft readiness logs and records production data for helicopter maintenance operations. Assists Maintenance Manager in developing FAA and contract reports, managing flying hour and airframe flowcharts, scheduling maintenance tasks, recording credit card purchases, reconciling expenditures and other purchases, and tracking individual mechanic worker production sheets. Also serves as the principal person for ordering and receiving spare parts, maintaining PLL and bench stock, and completing monthly readiness, tech supply expenditure, and field financial statements. Assists the Maintenance Manager in performing on-hand inventories of materiel and supplies. Supply duties include validation of supply requests; processing requisitions; submitting requisitions, initiating follow-up if warranted; and receiving and distributing received items. Manages the Prescribed Load List, Bench Stock, Shop Stock, Non-Shop Stock, and logbook records according to the Maintenance Manager’s direction.
Requirements:
1. Location for this work will be either Temple, TX or Huntsville, AL.
2. Need immediate fill by consultant. If successful, full time employment may be available.
• Must have a BS degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Must have completed an MOS producing military tech supply / logistics course
• Must have 5 years total experience supporting aviation programs
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a military tech supply technician
• Must have at least 1 year experience supporting rotary wing aviation supply operations
• Must have at least 1 year experience supporting purchase order processes
• Must have at least 1 year experience working with automated aviation supply management systems
• Must have at least 1 year experience ordering and receiving parts for civilian general aviation requirements
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Must have an active SECRET clearance or is capable of qualifying for the clearance
