You will lead strategy, operations, and franchise growth with authority, while shaping the culture and future of the brand.

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

• Drive profitability and satisfaction through clear expectations, support, and metrics.
• Set aggressive growth targets, anticipate trends, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead.
• Champion a culture of high-performance, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Own P&L performance across franchising, corporate operations, and product distribution.
• Lead and hold leaders accountable for results; build a team that executes at a high level.

Qualifications: What You Offer

• Minimum of 5+ years of management experience in franchising; proven ability to grow systems and drive results.
• Track record of P&L ownership and measurable business growth.
• Natural ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
• Decisive, results-driven, and comfortable taking calculated risks.
• Exceptional communicator and influencer with franchisees, peers, and executives.
