Job Description:

Purpose

Reporting to the RTR Manager, in this position you will be responsible for supporting Market Unit Finance Leads with month-end closing, forecasting, and planning activities, ensuring accurate variance analysis and timely reporting of key financial and operational metrics. You will help prepare business reviews, drive reporting automation, and collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to strengthen financial insights. Additionally, you will contribute to best practices in FP&A processes, including planning, forecasting, costing, pricing, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reporting, and analytical support on the month end actuals process, including liaising with country finance teams to understand variance analysis across key corporate metrics such as: Expense analysis / Account review; Financial metric variance analysis; Capex review; DSO review; Price vs Inflation review; Walk/productivity analysis; Operational metric analysis; Line of Business review.
  • Support the Market Unit Finance Leads to deliver timely month end estimates for the month-end close cycle 
  • Support Market Unit Finance Leads on weekly revenue updates and pulsing reports 
  • Support Market Unit Finance Leads with Forecast and Planning process, coordinate with countries on expectation and targets
  • Support Market Unit Finance Leads in preparing and consolidating Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews 
  • Support Market Unit Finance Leads team on ad hoc data consolidation and analysis, as required 
  • Support with the automation of core FP&A reporting and dashboards 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help build a strong understanding of the segment. 
  • Support regional finance and operational teams to accurately capture and report key finance and operational metrics (Price vs Inflation, Line of Business allocations, Digital Retail Solutions, ATM Managed Services, Profitability Walks) 
  • Support the FP&A team in sharing best practices in planning, business reporting, KPI, pricing, forecasting, and costing. 

Requirements

  • Advanced excel and modelling skills. 
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system added advantage
  • Analytical mindset: approach problems with an analytical mindset, using data to drive decision making. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English. 
  • A team player who acts with integrity and treats everyone with respect. 
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities, to achieve results and meet milestones in a “hands-on” manner. 
  • Ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to set work priorities independently. 
  • Accessible to employees and maintains open lines of communication; regularly and openly shares knowledge with team members.
