2. Identifying the criteria, qualification for bid submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Maintain templates and databases for tender-related documents.
5. Gather information to create competitive and compelling bids.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, technical) to gather required inputs.
7. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
8. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of bids.
9. Assist in updating tender logs and tracking bid status.
10. Check the accuracy and completeness of bid submissions.
Required Candidate profile:
1 .Strong organizational and time management skills
2. Should have knowledge of govt. procurement portals.
3. knowledge of how to search the tender.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Analytical and research skills
8. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
