The Position
Are you a highly motivated student/recent graduate with a background in political science, international relations, or history, and a passion for communication? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global company?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Policy Communications intern to join our dynamic Policy Communications team at Roche. You'll get the opportunity to work alongside experts and support the team responsible for communicating on key policy topics across the Roche Group.
What You'll Do
Support the Team: Assist the team in developing and implementing communication strategies for complex policy topics.
Project Management: Support the team in project managing high-profile policy communication projects
Set-up Policy Messaging Hub: Screen existing messaging, identify gaps, coordinate updates and create a central hub for external messaging on policy topics
Create content: Help draft materials such as presentations, messaging documents, social media posts and website content
Conduct Research: Research and monitor political and industry trends to inform our communication strategies.
Who You Are
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s Program or have graduated from a Bachelor's, Master’s in political science, history, international relations, communications, or a related field in the past 12 months.
You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
You are a quick learner with a strong desire to take on new challenges.
You are a proactive team player who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
You have a keen interest in the healthcare industry and corporate affairs. Knowledge of the Swiss policy environment is a plus.
