Job Title  Product Manager  (AI Products)

FNZ is a global investment platform provider servicing over 650 financial services institutions and 8,000 wealth management firms and their 20+ million end-investors. Our mission is to open up wealth for everyone so that people can invest in what matters most to them at the lowest costs possible. FNZ makes investments more transparent, sustainable, and personal, empowering millions to accumulate wealth in the way they want it.

FNZ works with top-tier financial services institutions and wealth management firms who share our ambition to create digital, highly personalized, and innovative investment solutions for every end-investor. We combine technology, infrastructure, and investment operations in a single platform. This way, our business customers can focus on offering better investment solutions and experiences to their clients.

As a Product Manager for FNZ, you will own the end-to-end product loop that turns customer problems into measurable business results. You will prioritize high-leverage bets, deliver the smallest valuable slices, and scale what moves activation, retention, and ARR/NRR. Leveraging the power of our innovative technology, you will create outstanding experiences for all platform users while leading the product lifecycle from concept to design, launch, and continuous evolution.

You will own these outcomes:

  • Faster time-to-value and higher activation of new accounts.

  • Improved retention / ARR and expansion / NRR via usage and upsell paths.

  • Efficient growth: healthier LTV/CAC, lower payback.

What you’ll do:

  • Discover: Segment clients, map jobs-to-be-done, validate pains & willingness to pay; run continuous interviews and analytics deep-dives.

  • Define bets: Write crisp problem briefs with hypotheses, success metrics, and risks; set North Star + guardrails for each initiative.

  • Deliver MV*: Partner with Design & Eng to slice, scope, and ship the smallest valuable release; manage trade-offs openly.

  • Instrument & learn: Set up tracking, run A/B tests/feature flags, review funnels weekly, and iterate quickly.

  • Monetize smartly: Co-lead pricing & packaging tests (tiers, add-ons, usage-based); align with GTM on positioning and launches.

  • Drive retention & expansion: Design stickiness loops, collaboration/virality, in-product nudges; work with CS on adoption playbooks.

  • Operate with quality: Champion reliability, privacy, and compliance-by-design; enforce clear “definition of done.”

  • Align the org: Keep Eng/Design/Data/Marketing/Sales/CS focused on outcomes; communicate progress and decisions clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.

  • Working knowledge of LLM/RAG concepts, prompts, embeddings, vector stores, fine-tuning vs. retrieval trade-offs.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in an Agile environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem framing, succinct writing (1-page PRDs), and stakeholder orchestration.

  • Comfortable with data: can pull your own numbers.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically SAFE 6.0.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAFe Product Manager/Product Manager (POPM) certification.

  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management.

  • Knowledge of AI (Artificial Intelligence), Big Data, and Cloud technologies.

  • Previous experience in a similar industry.

Key Competencies:

  • Customer-Centric: Focused on delivering value to customers and understanding their needs.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align product goals with business strategy.

  • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

  • Technical acumen: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive product initiatives to successful outcomes.

  • Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs, define requirements, and devise innovative solutions.

  • Agile methodology: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Data-driven decision-making: Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making, measure product performance, and iterate on product improvements.

  • Market and industry knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing, automation, and delivery practices, and have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
