Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Lead to join our Easy Financing Tribe
As the Business Lead for the Lean Profile program, you are the at the center of the modernization of ING's core banking system which will allow future scalability and flexibility of our product offers so that we can better serve the needs of our clients, while bringing significant efficiencies and decreased IT complexity to the bank.
With a focus on Consumer Loans as the first product to migrate to the new core banking system, you will work closely with the Easy Financing tribe to deeply understand the crucial business requirements and ensure that the new architecture can enable the necessary capabilities. In addition, you are a key figure in execution of the program overall, as it relates to all stakeholders of ING.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Business Lead Expert you will:
-Develop the craftsmanship of all your team, guiding and inspiring your team toward a common goal, fostering collaboration and helping individuals to reach their full potential.
-Be the key leader for the first product migration in the bank, oversee the migration of all consumer loans from the old core banking system (P5) to the new one (P7).
-Represent the Easy Financing Tribe in the design of the required capabilities to be built/enabled in the new core banking architecture, based on the Easy Financing business strategy and roadmap.
-Be a strong project manager who will successfully coordinates the required transformation within the context of the multiple areas and demands of the program, in addition to the expectations from Local/Global Operations & the CTO. Additionally, anticipation of potential risk and dependencies is key in the role.
-Work closely with the different Tribes involved and manage very actively different stakeholders to keep the path of the program.
-Have a strong grasp of the many different systems/applications/processes that interact with the core banking system and the Easy Financing assets and lead the required improvements/enhancements outlined in the program roadmap.
-Be a key SPOC in the program and lead a monthly Steerco with stakeholders to maintain alignment and address challenges. Additionally, be responsible for regular updates in the QBR and ad-hoc reviews with the Exco.
-Work in Agile teams, focusing always in delivering value to our customers in a fast way while continuously improving the way we work.
-Be a team player. You are actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of (new) services & functionalities. As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared Tribe purpose.
-As a BL you will report to Easy Financing Tribe Lead.

- Sound experience in complex project management and delivery mindset.
- Strong experience in leading, driving and steering multidisciplinary teams.

- Sound tech and functional knowledge across the bank. Core banking transformation systems and processes is a plus.
- Risk Management skills, identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution.
- With an excellent ability to manage planning and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
- With product management skills linked to unsecured lending products: personal loans and credit card
- Strong resilience (ability to navigate through ambiguity) and with proven flexibility to adapt to the different needs and situations.
- Communicates effectively.

Como Business Lead del programa Lean Profile, estarás en el centro de la modernización del sistema core bancario de ING, lo que permitirá una mayor escalabilidad y flexibilidad en nuestra oferta de productos, para responder mejor a las necesidades de nuestras personas clientes, al tiempo que se generan eficiencias significativas y se reduce la complejidad tecnológica en el banco.
Con un enfoque inicial en préstamos al consumo como primer producto que migrará al nuevo sistema core bancario, colaborarás estrechamente con la tribu de Easy Financing para comprender en profundidad los requisitos de negocio clave y asegurar que la nueva arquitectura permita las capacidades necesarias. Además, serás una figura clave en la ejecución del programa, en relación con todas las partes interesadas de ING.
Principales responsabilidades:
Como Business Lead Expert, tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar el expertise del equipo, guiando e inspirando hacia un objetivo común, fomentando la colaboración y ayudando a cada persona a alcanzar su máximo potencial.
- Liderar la primera migración de producto en el banco, supervisando el traslado de todos los préstamos al consumo del sistema core bancario actual (P5) al nuevo (P7).
- Representar a la tribu de Easy Financing en el diseño de las capacidades necesarias que deben habilitarse en la nueva arquitectura core, alineadas con la estrategia y hoja de ruta del negocio.
- Gestionar con éxito la transformación requerida, coordinando múltiples áreas y demandas del programa, anticipando riesgos y dependencias, y cumpliendo con las expectativas de Operaciones Locales/Globales y del área de Tecnología.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otras tribus implicadas y gestionar activamente a las distintas partes interesadas para mantener el rumbo del programa.
- Tener un conocimiento sólido de los distintos sistemas, aplicaciones y procesos que interactúan con el sistema core bancario y los activos de Easy Financing, liderando las mejoras necesarias según la hoja de ruta del programa.
- Ser el punto de contacto principal (SPOC) del programa, liderando el comité de seguimiento mensual (Steerco) con las partes interesadas, y siendo responsable de las actualizaciones periódicas en el QBR y revisiones ad-hoc con el Comité Ejecutivo.
- Trabajar en equipos ágiles, siempre enfocados en entregar valor a nuestras personas clientes de forma rápida y en mejorar continuamente nuestra forma de trabajar.
- Ser una persona colaboradora, involucrada activamente en el mantenimiento, desarrollo y realización de nuevos servicios y funcionalidades. Como experta/o, aportarás el conocimiento y las habilidades necesarias dentro de los equipos para cumplir con el propósito compartido de la tribu.
- Reportarás directamente a la persona responsable de la tribu de Easy Financing.

- Conocimiento técnico y funcional del entorno bancario. Se valorará experiencia en transformación de sistemas core bancarios.

- Capacidad para gestionar la planificación y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
- Conocimiento en gestión de productos vinculados a préstamos sin garantía: préstamos personales y tarjetas de crédito.
- Alta resiliencia y flexibilidad para adaptarse a diferentes necesidades y situaciones.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Titulación universitaria.
- Dominio del inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
- Enfoque en la persona cliente y orientación a resultados.
- Autonomía, iniciativa y actitud proactiva.
- Capacidad para generar compromiso y motivar al equipo.
