Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in Machine Learning and emerging Agentic AI paradigms, and will contribute to the development and deployment of intelligent systems that support autonomous decision-making and adaptive workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy ML models for classification, prediction, and optimization tasks.
Collaborate on the implementation of Agentic AI systems that exhibit goal-oriented behavior, learning, and event-driven automation.
Integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows using orchestration frameworks and graph-based decision logic.
Conduct model evaluation, tuning, and performance monitoring using industry-standard metrics.
Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, and auditability.
Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in ML model development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, etc.).
Exposure to Agentic AI concepts such as multi-agent coordination, goal-based planning, and adaptive behavior.
Understanding of GenAI and LLMs is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
Knowledge of AI governance, model explainability, and ethical AI practices.
Participation in AI/ML competitions, open-source contributions, or relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS ML Specialty).
