We’re seeking a top performer to join our Sales Development team, working closely with our Go-to-Market organization to prospect, qualify, and nurture high-value opportunities. Using AI-driven tools for data gathering, lead scoring, and research, you’ll drive deal discovery and support opportunities through the pipeline, building on our strong track record of success
What you'll be doing:
Leverage AI tools and sales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) to build and prioritize high-quality prospect lists, identify enterprise-level opportunities, and develop buying centers within key ICP accounts.
Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone, social media, SMS, etc.) while integrating AI-powered workflows to enhance personalization, efficiency, and scalability.
Qualify and enrich inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria such as company size, industry, pain points, and buying potential, ensuring seamless progression through the sales funnel.
Profile strategic accounts, research business needs, and present tailored solutions to initiate and advance the sales cycle.
Schedule and facilitate qualified meetings between prospects and senior sales team members to drive pipeline advancement.
Track key metrics, forecast outcomes, and deliver data-driven insights to refine GTM playbooks, outreach strategies, and sales messaging in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records to support lead qualification, sales cycle visibility, and long-term pipeline success.
What you bring:
Proven success and previous experience in a similar position within competitive, international environments.
Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and advanced sales intelligence/prospecting platforms; experience with AI sales tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level prospects and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
High integrity, ownership mindset, and willingness to mentor colleagues while contributing to overall sales strategy.
