We are seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join our team dedicated to growing our customer network by providing sales support for our Bid360 Design and Bid-workflow software.
Job Description:
Are you a driven software sales professional with a passion for customer success? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Specialist and play a crucial role in growing and maintaining our direct sales partners. In this role, you will implement strategic sales initiatives while ensuring our customers achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become SaaS (Software as a Service) Expert: Drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads through market research and targeted outreach.
- Customer Success: Present, close, and onboard new direct sales partners, providing exceptional training and support to ensure their success.
- Product Expertise: Become an internal expert on our high-quality products and software workflow technology.
- Process Improvement: Follow and enhance established sales processes based on field experience.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights.
- Trade Shows: Attend trade shows to identify and engage with potential direct sales partners.
- Feedback Loop: Conduct interviews and gather feedback from direct selling partners to understand their needs and challenges, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales-Driven: Preferably 2–3 years of experience in sales or business administration with a proven track record of success; SaaS sales, training, or customer support experience is a strong plus.
- Customer-Focused: Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies with a passion for customer success.
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experience with Microsoft CRM or equivalent CRM applications.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting, and decision-making, and project management skills.
