MaxHealth is seeking a strong Senior Director of Operations for overseeing the strategic and operational management of the Directors of Operations team to ensure optimal daily performance. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Operations. this role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, optimizing clinic performance and identifying best practices across all clinics. The Senior Director will collaborate with all stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies and will collaborate with clinical teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain compliance and relevant healthcare regulations.

Days of operation are Monday- Friday.

80% travel is needed amongst all of our clinics throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, and other counties in the region.

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred and healthcare experience essential- experience can be substituted for Master's Degree.
• Must have 7 years' experience in healthcare operations with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a Primary Care setting.
• Knowledge of medical practice operations and excellent computer skills are required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Ability to demonstrate positive customer service skills.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to motivate others in a positive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing strategic plans for each of the clinics overseen by the directors.
• Responsible for ensuring that all primary care practices are meeting or exceeding Practice Scorecard Goals.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to assess clinic effectiveness and productivity.
• Manage all escalations from directors and their medical directors to resolution.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunity for growth and expansion.
• Recruit, Train, and mentor directors to foster a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Responsible for training and evaluating all Directors of Operations.
• Analyze patient feedback to determine areas of improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including, but not limited to leaders of CM, MRA, Billing, Credentialing, Medical Director, Marketing, and community partners.
• Involved in all hiring, dismissals/disciplinary actions, and interview of all active staff members.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and take the lead to present data to Sr. leaders on clinic performance.
• Represent the organization in community/clinic events where applicable.
• Travel to clinics to build relationships as often as possible.
• Collaborate regularly with human resources to make sure all offices are implementing company policies consistently.
• Is a member of the Ops Steering Committee and is required to address issues in this meeting as they arise.

Compliance Responsibilities - Perform Quarterly Review of all PCP Offices to ensure that Office Manager/Assistant Manager has met goals below:

• Maintain all necessary licensure that facility may require
• Maintains OSHA Handbook for compliance.
• Maintains AHCA Handbook for compliance.
• Maintains CLIA Handbook for compliance.
• Maintains HIPAA Handbook for compliance.
• Performs Quarterly review of all Handbooks for accuracy and that all required drills and audits have been performed.
• Performs Quarterly Safety Reviews.
