A career in our Survey practice offers you the opportunity to assist institutional investors and management consultants in discovering new insights and making cutting-edge business decisions through comprehensive research. As a member of our team, you'll develop a deep understanding of clients' research interests and build a knowledge base across multiple industries
What You’ll Do
- Survey Associates take on challenging projects across the spectrum of industries and geographies to provide our clients with access to quantitative insights gained from online survey consultations.
- Sourcing and recruiting experts is at the core of our product. You will spend a significant amount of time on the phone with Key Opinion Leaders, C-level executives, and subject matter experts.
- All team members are contributing members from the start. Survey Associates will work alongside senior colleagues and well-known clients to build trust and deliver a high-quality product by reaching out and recruiting industry executives.
- Due to the global nature of our business, a Survey Associate will need to be flexible in working hours to solve our demanding client base.
- Your experience will be diverse. Each project will offer a new opportunity to make a connection and understand market trends and sectors you never knew existed.
Who You Are
- Strong academic background gained in any fully accredited undergraduate bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.3 or higher
- 0 - 18 months of working experience; Associate/Sr. Associate depends on experience
- Fluent in English. Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic programming skills are a plus
- Experience in leadership roles through internships, extracurriculars, societies, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to set own schedule without falling behind on tasks
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment
- Eligible to work in the US, including F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) status of 3 years

- Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 on average for high-performing associates. Consisting of $65,000-$76,000 base salary (commensurate with experience level) + uncapped monthly bonus
