The Opportunity:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy nursery team as a Nursery Domestic Assistant at Kings Buildings Campus.
You will play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our nursery environment, including playrooms, bathrooms, nappy change areas, dining rooms and public spaces. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive setting for children, families, and staff.
The salary for this post is £22,995 to £23,350 per annum pro-rata.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the nursery to the required hygiene and safety standards.
- Support the daily running of the nursery by replenishing supplies and ensuring waste is removed promptly.
- Follow security procedures, including safe handling of keys and assisting with end-of-day lock-up.
- Report repairs or issues promptly to the Nursery Management Team to ensure a safe environment.
