Your role at Veezu:

We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our in-house Performance Marketing team and help deliver high-impact campaigns across multiple paid social platforms. You’ll work on both direct passenger acquisition and brand-led initiatives, playing a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, data-driven, and excited about using Paid Social to deliver measurable business growth. You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, creative team, and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that connect Veezu with our communities.

As part of our in-house Performance Marketing team, you’ll be at the heart of promoting our brand, attracting new passengers, and helping us shape the future of mobility in the UK.


What you’ll do:

Campaign Delivery & Optimisation

  • Lead in the planning, creation, technical set-up, and execution of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.

  • Monitor, optimise, and scale campaigns to meet or exceed performance KPIs such as ROI, CPA, CTR, and app installs.

  • Optimise towards brand awareness, consideration, App Downloads and in-app bookings.

  • Implement and ensure accurate campaign tracking, pixel integration, and conversion tracking.

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is tracked, controlled, and aligned to performance targets.

  • Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce high-performing ad creative and copy, using a test-and-learn approach to inform future campaigns.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Produce clear and actionable daily, weekly, and monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations.

  • Analyse audience, creative, and placement performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Present campaign results confidently to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to identify new opportunities, platforms, and technologies for campaign innovation.

  • Build strong relationships with platform reps (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to leverage insights and beta opportunities.

  • Contribute ideas for new campaigns, creative approaches, and process improvements.

Market & Industry Awareness

  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and Paid Social trends.

  • Share insights and best practices with the wider marketing team to enhance overall performance.

  • Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.


What you’ll need:

  • Developed understanding of Paid Social’s role within the wider performance marketing mix, including how it integrates with other channels.

  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Clear and confident communicator, able to present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a passion for continuous improvement.


Where you’ll be:

  • This role will either be based out of our Cardiff office or remote with a requirement to attend meetings at Veezu office locations across the country as needed.
