Job Description:📍 Location: Wallasey, Wirral.
🕒 Type: Contract until end of September 2026 and option, subject to performance of 12 month extension
Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and information governance? We’re looking for a detail-oriented IMS Coordinator (Document Controller) to lead the management of integrated document and information systems across our UK West Nearshore Operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
📁 Document & Information Management
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of platforms such as IMS, DORECO, Motion, Mobile Docs, DECA, and SAP.
- Manage the full document lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, approving, publishing, and archiving.
- Maintain both physical and digital archives to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Train and induct staff on document governance and act as a superuser for relevant systems.
🛡️ Audit & Compliance
- Own and manage the Nearshore audit and review schedule.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Report on non-conformances and performance metrics to Quality Sponsors.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Heads of Operations, Offshore Managers, HSE, Planning, TPMs, and Warehouse Coordination.
- Serve as the key contact for global IMS and Information Management teams.
- Drive document standardisation across departments.
🔄 Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in documentation workflows.
- Support quality initiatives and contribute to audit follow-ups and process confirmations.
📊 General Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates to the West Coast Leadership Team.
- Contribute to quality reporting and cross-functional meetings.
- Experience: Proven experience in document control, ideally within a regulated or operational environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory inspection requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Skills: Excellent IT proficiency and ability to work across multiple platforms and stakeholder groups.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in information management or a related field.
