- Work with individual students or small groups of students to provide educational interventions and progress monitoring. 
- Attend team/parent meetings as required; provide input to teams regarding student academic strengths and weaknesses. 
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of each student. 
- Provide high quality instruction to students who are at-risk in reading, writing or mathematics. 
- Provide instruction and direction to students in need of support regarding organization and general executive functioning. 
- Design lessons with clear, measurable goals that involve an appropriate mix of quality technology programs and engaging learning materials. 
- Implement increasingly intense student interventions as necessary and monitor student progress. 
- Maintain data-based documentation of continuous monitoring of student performance and progress during interventions. 
- Participate in universal screening activities and assist with the analysis of data to identify students in need of response to intervention services. 
- Provide data to the school teams and participate in decisions about student progress. 
- Utilize tracking system to maintain lists of student participating in interventions 
- Develop lessons in collaboration with the classroom teachers enabling all students in the classroom to understand the objectives and meet the standards of all lessons. 
- Develop lessons to meet the individual needs of students requiring intervention strategies.   
- Follow the DaVinci Academy PBIS program and utilize positive strategies to support the social and emotional development of all the students and maintain an orderly classroom. 
- Regularly communicate with parents via newsletters, notes, phone calls, emails, web sites, Infinite Campus, conferences, etc. 
- Maintain and improve professional skills by participating in faculty meetings, various staff development opportunities and formal coursework to stay current with best practices. 
- Collaborate with colleagues to reflect on effective teaching practices and work to continually improve skills. 
- Use data to drive instruction. 
- Actively participate in the QComp program by attending, and being on time for, PLC meetings and frequently contributing ideas that further the school's mission. 
- Display a willingness to be observed on a regular basis and accept feedback and coaching from team leads and the administrative staff. 
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the DaVinci Academy community, which includes Faculty, Administration, Staff, Parents, Students and Board Members. 
- Perform other duties as assigned.
