The specialist routinely processes Form I-9/E-Verify in accordance with the Department of Homeland Security/USCIS regulations to ensure compliance and utilizes HR-related systems such as Taleo, CUPA-HR I-9 Consortium, Banner, TU portal, and other applicable systems to perform daily tasks, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of general university policies and HR-specific processes/procedures. Additional responsibilities include preparing job postings upon request, tracking I-9 metrics, ensuring Labor Law postings are current, creating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and files to track front office information, as requested, along with mailing correspondence either via USPS or inter-office mail to the appropriate departments/campuses.
