We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player to support our marketing efforts across multiple residential communities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on consistency, and understands how marketing drives leasing success. As a direct report to the Marketing Director, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative marketing team focused on delivering consistent, high-quality content across our portfolio and via multiple marketing channels. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and project coordination, with opportunities to grow your skills in graphic design, photography, and video production.  Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing content based on occupancy trends and vacancy reports.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with precision, such as data reporting, updating listings, verifying content, and auditing marketing platforms.
  • Maintain and update social media accounts with consistent, accurate content.
    • Monitor social media trends and contribute timely, brand-aligned posts.
    • Track and report social media metrics to improve engagement.
  • Manage and refresh media assets (unit videos, Matterport tours, photos) across platforms like AppFolio, Adkast, and websites.
  • Audit Internet Listing Services (ILS) for correct contact info, media, and reviews.
  • Maintain and produce marketing materials such as online business profiles, dynamic QR codes, resident newsletters, etc.
  • Create and update professional advertising content per brand standards and needs of property.
  • Assist with planning and execution of community and corporate events.

 Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Needed

Required:

  • Strong attention to detail, understanding of professional content, and commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency.
  • Highly organized with strong time management.
  • Ability to take direction and learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).  Intermediate level Excel skill set.

Preferred:

  • Skills in graphic design, photography, and video production, or a strong understanding of professional marketing content creation.
  • Understanding marketing as a sales tool, especially in real estate leasing and have an ability to read building and unit floor plans.
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google (including Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics and YouTube), and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Content creation experience (even informal or personal projects).
  • Background in marketing, business, communications, or public relations.

 

Background and Experience 

  •  Degree or coursework in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, social media, or real estate is a plus but not required.
