Position Summary:  

The Parts Verification and Packaging Associate is responsible for ensuring all part numbers and quantities listed on customers' pick tickets are accurate. The role involves carefully bagging and labeling individual parts to maintain quality, accuracy, and traceability in the packaging process. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Verify part numbers and quantities on pick tickets against physical parts.

· Place each part individually into a Ziplock bag for protection and organization.

· Affix the correct part label to the outside of each bag.

· Maintain accuracy in documentation and labeling to ensure parts can be properly identified and distributed.

· Organize completed bags for staging, storage, or shipment.

· Follow all company procedures and quality standards for packaging and verification

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of part identification, labeling, and packaging processes.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate verification.
  • Basic organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and follow pick tickets and instructions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

 

Supervisory responsibilities:

  • None specifically associated with this position
