We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Development Coordinator to support our growing fundraising and development efforts. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of data management systems, donor engagement, and communication strategies that fuel our philanthropic impact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and passionate about advancing our mission through thoughtful, well-executed development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage donor database records with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
Support the planning, execution, and tracking of all fundraising appeals, mailings, and collaborative projects.
Draft donor communications, acknowledgments, and materials that convey the mission and impact of giving.
Assist with planning and logistics for special events, including donor cultivation gatherings and annual fundraisers.
Coordinate select recurring projects and campaigns throughout the year.
Create and run regular reports on fundraising outcomes and donor engagement metrics and provide data analysis of same reports to support goals, stewardship and campaign evaluation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance donor retention and growth.

Requirements
Education or training beyond high school related to fundraising, grant writing, or project support in the non-profit environment.
High level written and verbal communication skills.
High technological competence. Demonstrated experience using a variety of administrative skills including word processing, data and spreadsheet management, and complex database software.
Or a combination of education and experience that is determined to be equivalent to the above listed education and experience requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort drafting donor-focused materials.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Passion for the mission of home health and hospice care and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
Valid driver’s license and access to an automobile during working hours that meets the State of New Hampshire registration regulations and auto liability insurance.
