The Document Control Specialist will create a Master Document Control Program, focused on ensuring the document database is maintained and review dates are met and current. You will create and revise manuals, procedures, forms, etc., all under the direction of the Project Manager. The Document Specialist will assist in the scheduling of training and prework tracking.

We are looking for an innovative, driven, and motivated individual to join our team. While working with our teams you will learn how our account management teams help users define requirements, how our engineering teams leverage agile design and development methods to create greater value faster, and how our projects team execute to deliver as promised, on time and within budget. Essential to the success of the Document Control Specialist role, you will develop a Master Document Control program and critical documents which will provide guidance and repeatability of best practices across the organization. The successful candidate will be curious, resourceful, ambitious learners motivated to accomplish results as individuals and contribute as members of a team.
- Assist Project Manager in the maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Organize, structure and update procedures, work instructions and other documents relating to Quality and maintain the document database
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
- Assist Quality department with customer and supplier documentation
- Ability to maintain records, documents and compile and organize reports accurately
- Assist in training classes setup; scheduling, prework, etc.
- Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
- This is an "onsite" office-based position
Skills you’ll need:
- High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years in a Document Control role is a plus
- Capability to work alone and within a team environment, while maintaining a positive outlook
- Ability to take detailed direction
- Effectively listening and communicating tactfully, verbally and written
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
