Position Summary
The General Manager will lead AllAccem’s U.S. operations, combining oversight of manufacturing and supply chain, with responsibility for commercial performance. This role ensures operational excellence at the San Carlos facility while driving year-over-year growth through distributor relationships, marketing oversight, and leadership of the U.S. sales function.
The GM will collaborate closely with divisional leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure continuity, growth, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee proprietary chemistry manufacturing, formulation, and packaging operations.
- Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and on-time delivery of manufactured products.
- Manage supply chain, inventory control, and production scheduling.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all activities.
- Provide strategic oversight of distributor relationships, channel performance, and growth objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and provide timely reports to support distributor management and business planning.
- Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Build strong alignment with global leadership and uphold AllAccem’s Core Values.
- Support budget monitoring through expense tracking and coordinate with accounting for financial reporting.
- Oversee IT/communications basics, including user email setup, phone system access, and liaison with external providers.

Requirements
Education & Experience Specifics:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech manufacturing or similar industry, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Experience in veterinary product manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and compliance.
- Exposure to financial/accounting processes, with ability to handle expense management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver both operational efficiency and commercial results.
Skills & Competencies
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, high-speed packaging lines, industrial chemical manufacturing, inventory control, logistics, and distribution management.
