About the Role

At Foundation Technologies, we specialize in helping organizations embrace Apple as a strategic choice—especially in environments where Apple devices are heavily used by creative, marketing, or executive teams, but internal IT lacks deep Apple expertise. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll lead sales development efforts focused on mid-market and enterprise organizations, working closely with IT directors who want a trusted partner—not another internal hire—to manage and scale their Apple footprint. You’ll open conversations, uncover pain points, and align Foundation’s people-first engineering team to solve real business problems with clarity and confidence. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who can navigate complex organizations, build lasting relationships, and help turn Apple complexity into operational simplicity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound business development efforts to identify and qualify enterprise prospects, with a focus on organizations where Apple is the platform of choice for key departments.
  • Engage IT leaders and executives to uncover pain points related to managing Apple devices, and position Foundation as a trusted, specialized partner.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including discovery, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and post-sale handoff.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical architects and engineers to shape winning solutions aligned to client environments and business goals.
  • Build and manage a growing book of enterprise accounts, with the potential to step into a strategic account management function post-sale.
  • Document and track all activity in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and next-step accountability.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or managed services targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound enterprise sales, with a track record of booking and closing net-new logos in complex sales environments.
  • Familiarity with Apple in the enterprise, including use cases in creative, marketing, or executive teams—bonus points for experience selling into organizations with mixed Apple/Windows fleets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT org structures, with the ability to identify stakeholders, navigate org charts, and align technical solutions to business value.
  • Self-starter mindset, able to thrive in a lone-hunter role without heavy SDR or BDR support.
  • Experience in relationship-based selling, with the adaptability to transition into a hybrid AE/AM model as client relationships evolve.

Success Metrics

  • Net-new logos added
  • Quarterly revenue quotas
  • Contribution to vertical-specific pipeline
  • CRM data quality and follow-through
  • Client retention on deals won
