Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (PST)
FLSA Status: Non- Exempt
Pay: $18.50/hour

Job Summary

As a Shipping Stocker, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by organizing and managing finished goods. You’ll work side-by-side with our distributor picking team to make sure sales orders are ready to roll, helping us deliver the right products at the right time. Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures that products and supplies are put away correctly following the stocking guidelines. 
  • Determines correct placement of products and supplies.
  • Responsible for ensuring the gravity flow racks are adequately filled and that Fill and Finish racks are emptied in a timely manner. 
  • Supports the distributor picking team by supplying large quantities of items needed to fulfill orders. 
  • Manages FIFO of inventory using Google Sheets and other methods. 
  • Collaborates with the Shipping Supervisor on priorities. 
  • Maintains good communication with all individuals in Shipping and Inventory Control.
  • Conducts inventory counts.
  • Trains other shipping employees as backup to stock finished goods.
  • Identifies issues and collaborates with department leadership to find solutions. 
  • Ability to lift, carry and pull at a minimum of 10,000 lbs. of product throughout each day.

Required Education and Experience


Education: 

  • High school diploma or GED

Experience: 

  • 3 months’ experience in inventory or a similar field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience using ERP computer systems. 
  • Forklift or Crown lift Certificate preferred, but not required 

Working Conditions

  • Work Environment: Warehouse/Production environment
  • Travel Requirements: None
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs. regularly and up to 10,000 lbs. throughout the day. Some extended computer work is required. Must be able to walk, bend, reach, and stand for long periods. Ability to lift, carry, and pull a minimum of 10,000 lbs. of product throughout each day.
