INNOVIM Defense Services is seeking a Implementation Change Manager to join our team supporting the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) program at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Our team designs and develops Enterprise IT and Mission Operations Technology solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide high impact, creative solutions to complex technical problems, the ability to work as part of a large team, and the ability to provide critical support and independent review of the work of teammates.

The candidate will:

The Implementation Change Manager will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base. This role involves managing project requirements, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely execution of projects while providing technical support to both internal and external stakeholders. The Implementation Change Manager will also fulfill the role of Quality Assurance in respect to maintaining project oversight and reporting.

  • Support C2BMC Labs and Warfighter Support (CLAW) on the IRES contract.
  • Work with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to coordinate personnel to complete tasks
  • Work with Systems Engineer and customer to determine technical requirements and artifacts, develop change vehicles, and oversee technical implementation activities.
  • Coordinate resources necessary to install, upgrade, and maintain technology and IT infrastructure.
  • Apply organizational processes to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Provide IPT technical leadership for internal and external review and approval boards.
  • Track and manage technical data and fulfill reporting requirements.
  • Support management with the tracking of quality assurance metrics for adherence to organizational targets, and elevate issues, when necessary.
  • Report quality assurance findings for formal corrective action plans in support of functional areas
  • Communicate effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Work independently and in teams to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, especially in briefing senior customers and management.

Basic Requirements:

  • Must have 2.5, or more, years of experience in an IT-related field
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to understand networking design, facility power design drawings and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Must have a demonstrated understanding of performance planning, implementing, de-conflicting and managing of information technology (IT) and infrastructure projects.
  • Must have the demonstrated understanding needed to plan and manage complex resources against constraints.
  • Must have a strong understanding of MS Office applications (including Visio).
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.


Desired Requirements:

  • Have a demonstrated understanding of the project management lifecycle and related processes.
  • Have a demonstrated understanding of traditional systems engineering skills and knowledge, requirements derivation and the development and use of requirements traceability matrixes.
  • Be familiar with IT concepts and their supporting infrastructure (i.e. communication networks, computer and networking hardware, cable installations, etc.).
  • Have a strong understanding of MS Office applications (including Project).
  • Have experience successfully working IRES change processes, including CRQs.
  • Have an understanding of Remedy, Bentley and Planet systems.
  • Have knowledge of Missile Defense, DoD communications systems and MDIOC operations.
  • Have a degree in an IT or Engineering related discipline.
  • Have a demonstrated record of proactively achieving organizational goals and objectives.


This position is expected to pay $85,000 - $93,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
