HALO is looking for a Client Solutions Engineer which will function as a pre-sales role. This position will be assisting AEs in a client facing capacity explaining our digital products and service program capabilities and functionality to the client. They will guide both clients and AEs on best program design for efficiency and profitability as well as assist in facilitating the kick-off of the program implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an understanding of HALO digital products and services
- Understand various operating and financial models to provide to clients
- Provide Program demonstrations in Prospect meetings
- Work with sales leadership and AEs on opportunities
- Draft client proposals via templates
- Track opportunities detail in Deal Development Form (DDF) in Sharepoint
- Track opportunities statuses in Jira (Program Opportunity Pipeline board)
- Transition approved opportunities to Implementation team
- Coordinate and Host on-site client visits for Program prospects in Sterling, IL when needed/required
- Attend Program Executive Approval Committee (PEAC) as a SME
- Maintains internal facing documentation
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older; 1+ years sales experience in the Beer, Wine, & Spirits (BWS) industry
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to draft clear communications via email
- Experience Implementing technology programs, preferred
- Experience managing technology program, preferred
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to internal service levels and deadlines
- Ability to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements
- Experience with Jira is a plus
- Ability to confidently interact with Sales Leadership
- Critically analyze customer facing intake form, profitability model, customer contract attributes, statement of work and master service agreement
- Exceptional active listening skills to solution client needs
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
