Strategy Analyst na Captive Resources

We are seeking a motivated, analytical professional early in their career to join as a Strategy Analyst supporting the Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, you will help shape initiatives that drive revenue growth and strengthen operational efficiency. The position offers a high degree of exposure to senior executives and private equity investors, providing a strong foundation for long-term career development in strategy and operational roles.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, economics, data science or similar discipline with 2+ years of experience in consulting, analytics or corporate strategy roles.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with data management / data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to understand revenue drivers, operational processes, and industry dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions as well as independently on assignments.
• Comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze business performance to identify opportunities that drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Support the preparation of presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, transformation) to develop strategies that improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Assist in tracking progress against strategic priorities, including revenue growth targets and operational KPIs.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses that support decision-making on new initiatives, processes, or investments.
