Code for All_ is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our office. The ideal candidate will be the central point of contact for office activities, manage various administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment for all employees.


What You'll Do 💼


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional, clean, and organized environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment, including copiers, printers, and kitchen appliances.
  • Coordinate office layout planning and moves, and manage new equipment installations.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed within a set budget.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, deliveries).
  • Act as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors and managing the switchboard/main phone line.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room booking, catering, and presentation setup.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and celebrations.
  • Ensure the office adheres to health and safety regulations.


About You 👈


  • Proven experience working as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
