Job Title – Lead Software Engineer
The Purpose of This Role
This position is a part technology team in Stock Plan Services business unit that administers equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations programs such as: Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units, Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards. Currently SPS services approx. 2M participants employed by over 300 clients and spread out in 150 countries. The business is looking to further expand in the international equity compensation markets. As part of that we are modernizing our legacy reporting and business intelligence platform to provide data and reports in real-time running on cloud-ready stack.

The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
• 8-10 years of solid experience working for building analytics reports.
• Experience with Data Analytics tool
• Advanced experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, views, packages etc.
• Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle or Postgres
• Exp with ETL technologies& tools (Informatica)
• 3-6 years of experience working with Data Warehousing platform on Exadata
• Working experience with other reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau or OBEI
• Your advanced skills in data intensive application development, data integration, and data pipeline design patterns on a distributed platform.
• Knowledge of batch job scheduling and dependency management using BMC Control-M for distributed systems.
