Purpose


We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our SDK Support Team with a focus on Android support. This role involves developing and delivering end-to-end solutions for customers, integrating biometric SDKs across platforms, and providing technical expertise to resolve complex queries. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, cross-platform experience, and the ability to collaborate with global teams and customers.

Key Missions

Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Recommendation and Presentation of the product with details to the customer
•    Development of fully functional solution for queries and roadblocks from the customers (PoC).
•    Programming the features across platforms and languages (Windows/ Linux in Android, Dot.Net Java C#, C++ and other as required)
•    Leading a team to handle global customers
•    Coordinating with teams in different regions and time zones at the same time.
•    Coordination between different Business Units and Verticals within the organization
•    Design and develop solution according to the customer objective and requirements
•    Resolving any software and hardware related issues and queries
•    In depth knowledge of the complete package of Product (Software and Hardware) with the intermediate processes and working

Profile & Other Information

What is Expected to be done:
•    Providing End to End solution on the Product
•    Coding for particular feature or integrating different features to develop a solution
•    Understanding and debugging codes from customer side or other Business Units
•    Interacting with global customers, understanding the objectives of the project.
•    Documenting in details of the projects with Product and Business opportunities.
•    Willingness to take up new challenges from customer
•    Quick Learner for the changes and advancement of technologies

 

Technical Skills:
•    Excellent coding and debugging skills for proprietary as well as generalized objectives
•    Able to understand the structures of different platforms and program accordingly , Android, Dot.Net Java, Next.Js Other Object-Oriented Programming
•    Experience in working with sequential programming languages like Android, Dot.Net Java
•    Experience with Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Proven expertise in writing SQL Query, Stored Procedures, Trigger, and Function, View
•    Experience in Developing Web Services and Applications
•    Experience of developing tools & application using the Android & Apache Thrift software framework
•    Experience in working across the different platforms and OS like Windows, Android, Linux
•    Good hands on with tools like Excel, PowerPoint ,
•    Hands on experience with different IDE like Visual Studios, Eclipse, Netbeans, Android Studio etc

 

SDK-Specific Responsibilities:
•    Understand and integrate biometric SDKs into customer applications.
•    Provide hands-on technical support to developers integrating with SDKs.
•    Design and deliver sample code, integration guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
•    Debug SDK-related issues across languages and platforms.
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SDK updates, patches, and features.
•    Provide feedback to R&D teams to improve SDK functionality and usability.
